Amazing place, very helpful , Ellie who cleans the place was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us in detail how everything works. we came for a hen do and it had everything we needed. we were in love with the huge hot tub aswell would definitely recommend.

A great venue for a family/group holiday in Snowdonia! The games facilities are 10/10 and will keep everyone occupied alongside the hot tub. There are lot's of amenities nearby; we'd recommend fish & chips takeout for dinner! Snowdon is 1hr's drive away (don't forget to pre-book parking) and Zip World isn't too far away either.

A hidden paradise! This was a brilliant weekend and all ages loved the experience - the games area is awesome and the hot tub a hit too. Loads to do, Bala is beautiful and we just wish we could have stayed longer. With ages up to 83, we all agreed Clwyd has made a great place to stay. Thank you!!

We had an amazing time! Loved our stay here so much. The house is more beautiful in person than the pictures. Decent sized bedrooms, very clean and had lots of fun on the ping pong/pool tables and hot tub. Bala is very beautiful, there’s so much to do.
